Water Leaks?

Please contact our office at 479-736-2733 to request a usage report and a meter check.

We are happy to inspect the meter for possible leaks; however, the service line from the meter to the residence is the property owner’s responsibility. If a plumber confirms a leak and the property is located within city limits, you may be eligible for sewer relief.

Prevent Frozen Pipes

Make sure the water meter lid is properly closed.

Insulate pipes in unheated area:  Wrapping electrical heat tape or insulation around pipes           that may freeze.

Let the water run — Leaving a small but steady stream of lukewarm water running will keep          the water moving through the pipes.

Open doors below sinks — If a sink is located against an outside wall, opening cabinet doors         below the sink can help warm air get to the pipes.

Where Does Our Water Come From?

Gentry receives its water via the Benton Washington Regional Public Water Authority, otherwise known as Two-Ton. Two-Ton water gave rural communities in the two counties access to a reliable source for large quantities of water for municipal, agricultural and industrial application.
